Turner Artist Management Urgent Action Item:

✔ Rescue pop princess Genevieve Fox from herself.

When your biggest client loses all faith in her identity, you jump on the problem. When it threatens her iconic career, you drop the details and dig to the heart of the crisis.

So I did—investigate. But what I found was a controversial connection with an injured hockey player that could blow up two industries, not to mention her life. With the entire world watching, is this captivating athlete the cause of her sudden self-doubt? Or is he the only one who can save her from herself?

See, I’m just the manager. The story that follows actually belongs to my client Genevieve Fox and the fearless goalie who refuses to back away from a fight.

Because now that skeptics on both sides have bared their teeth, everyone’s desperate to know:

Who is OLIVER LEVESQUE??

A standalone Turner Artist Rocker novel.

Breaking South by Alyson Santos was a powerful look at happy, and how it must come from within. Santos’ literacy poetry allows the reader to feel a range of emotion as the two main characters create a life crafted for them and by them.  Santos is a gifted storyteller and I was HOOKED from the opening words.

Genevieve Fox is a popstar appearing to on top of the world and Oliver Leveque is an NHL recovering from a major injury.

The connection these two have is tangible from the open they meet but as the second meeting well that one spoke volumes about how much Oliver truly sees her. I do not want to give anything away but man this scene blew me away with it papable and raw honesty and window to the soul feel.

Santos weave hauntingly powerful song lyrics into this beautifully written story. The lyrics allow the reason inside of the heroine’s heart as she pushes to be herself and not the images created to sell her music.

I am not really sure I want to say more about Genevieve and Oliver other than to say I think readers will feel this love for the person you are deep down, a love that supports you being you, is the kind of love we all long for. This not love about completing you but love about allowing you to be the best you, the true you….

Oliver’s family added so much to this story, I tried so hard to read these chapters slower to savor every word.

When Viv Hastings emerges this book truly shines… shines with the lesson of true self… this is not what you are thinking read the book!

I am hoping Julian Campbell’s is the next story in the Turner Artist Rocker Series A series filled with wonderful stand-alone reads with unique and powerful stories.

Side Note and slight spoiler:

The story itself was beyond 5 stars… the only reason for the 4.5 stars rating was personally I felt like it was more her story than his…. as his professional “what if” is still unresolved.
