I feel as if I’m walking a precarious line between a man falling for an incredible woman and a man moving in on his dead friend’s wife. But one thing is crystal clear—I’ve found a peace with Danica that I wasn’t sure I’d ever have again. Now I need to find the confidence within myself to push past the insecurities and make sure she knows how important she is to me because if I don’t, I’ll lose the one thing that makes me truly complete.

Camden: A Pittsburgh Titans Novel was …wow… just wow…. this book is a powerful look at grief woven into a beautiful love story!

Camden Poe is one of The Lucky Three who survived the crash that killed the  PittsburghTitans NHL team (this is not a spoiler as it is the premise for the series) and is the lucky three to have his story told.

Grief takes many forms… and in this one we feel, yes feel the depth is Camden’s grief while we also see grief and moving forward from his love interest, Danica Brandt. Danica is a widow as she is the wife of Mitch a Titan lost in the crash… and I know I know that sounds HEAVY but oddly it is not… Bennett’s ability to craft banter and love elevate this book to a thing of beauty!

I will Travis, Danica’s son was a well-developed character and his presence was a true add to the story as was the supporting cast of the Titan’s world!

I am not want to ruin how Camden learns to open up or how he can Danica craft the love both deserve but I will say BRAVO! This book will bring you JOY and remind you that life can move forward through darkness in beautiful new directions

I am so excited for Bain next… because him chasing a teammate’s sister sounds like ALL sorts of FUN to read! There have been hints of him with Keira and I am so excited to witness Drake lose his mind!

I highly recommend binge reading the whole Pittsburgh Titans series!

Though, I have come to accept this series does not have epilogues… I think the lack of one might be what for me kept this from being a 5 star read
