It’s been another great year of great reads! My 2018 Goodreads Challenge was to read 100 books and I read 113 (so far!), how many have you read? What have been your favorites?

Here are some reasons why I loved these books and why you should read them too if you haven’t already. I’ve included some of my favorite quotes too!
đź“šHeartbreak Warfare by Kate Stewart & Heather M. Orgeron: This book SLAYED me!
“You were destined to be a part of my life. You’ve changed me. No matter where this journey takes us, when I close my eyes, it will be your face I see. When I breathe my last breath, your name will be on my lips. I need you to know that – for you to know how incredible you really are.”
đź“šBlock Shot by Kennedy Ryan: An epic romance that will give you all the feels.
“And even in the dark, I know we see each other.”
đź“š Fall by Kristen Callihan: You will FEEL with every turn of the page.
“Be with me. Let’s fall together.”
đź“šVerity by Colleen Hoover: Haunting, creepy, unputdownable page-turner! A completely different side of Hoover!
“It’s what you do when you’ve experienced the worst of the worst. You seek out people like you…people worse off than you…and you use them to make yourself feel better about the terrible things that have happened to you.”
📚Professor Feelgood by Leisa Rayven: Rayven’s poetry is BEYOND WORDS!!
“Loving someone is the easiest thing in the world. Having them love you back is the hard part.”
đź“šThe Smallest Part by Amy Harmon:Â EVERYTHING about this unique story is exquisite and completely and utterly unforgettable.
“In the end, only three things matter. Who He is. Who you are, and who your friends are.”
📚The Dandelion by Michelle Leighton: Yes there is heartbreak and sadness in this book but there is hope too… there is love… there is that earth shattering love that will put you back together after you feel that you are broken and I am IN AWE.
“We can’t avoid living because we want to avoid pain. Life without pain is life without living. Like you just said, the pain let’s us know we’re alive.”
đź“šFight or Flight by Samantha Young:
Hateful glares, banter that had me laughing out loud and smiling, and oh the angsty “I want to hate you but I think I love you” gives way to HOLY HOT sexy galore!
“Why are you staring at me like that?”
“Nothing else is worth looking at when you’re in the room.”
đź“šBlind Kiss by Renee Carlino: AÂ beautiful story of longing for that forever love.
“It’s been this way forever. I’ve always been your lover…for a lifetime in my mind.”
📚All Your Perfects by Colleen Hoover: An epic love story… a truthful look at marriage and the hard work it takes to make it work even when things aren’t so perfect… this book was just WOW!
“If you only shine light on your flaws, all your perfects will dim.”
đź“šThe Idea of You by Robinne Lee: Sexy and sinful, yet fun and completely romantic. It was nothing that I expected it to be.
“I’m a person. First and foremost. And I have feelings. And I know this career comes with a lot of baggage, but don’t write me off just because I’m in a fucking band. It’s what I do, it’s not who I am. It doesn’t—what is it you say?—it doesn’t define me.”
📚Love and Other Words by Christina Lauren: People wish and hope for destiny and after everything these two characters have been through—the happiness they found stole my heart and soul and left me breathless.
“Why can’t everyone be like you?”
“I can be enough of your world that it feels like everyone is.”
Denise
Great list, Christine!
