My name's shouted on rooftops.
It's written on bras, bathroom stalls, hell my name is everywhere. To say my name is to experience an orgasm without ever leaving your house.
My name?
Zane "Saint" Andrews.
I'm sex.
I'm a rock god.
I'm also a virgin.
What they don't know won't kill them right? Give the people what they want. And what they want is the idea of me; the pleasure they gain at listening to my song and knowing without a doubt I'm talking about them and only them.
It worked for a while.
Until a nerdy girl with glasses falls at my feet, literally, and suddenly I don't want to be Saint anymore, what I want? What I really need?
Is to be kept.
By her.
What do you get when the hot, unattainable rock God crosses paths with the nerdy girl?
I have to admit that Keep os my first RVD YA book and WOW she totally blew me away. This is a beautiful story of friendship and love.
I absolutely LOVED Zane and his many layers, and getting to peel away at those layers to learn more about who he is as a person will really surprise readers and make you heart him even more.
Fallon..the nerdy girl…I completely loved her! Not only for her friendship towards Zane but her ability to see him as something more than a rock star, for understanding his quirks and going along with them, for being supportive of his music…for just being an awesome person, a positive influence in his life. <3
This book definitely had its share of beautiful moments, OMG the steamy moments, and then some gut wrenching moments that brought tears to my eyes. The twist OMG I didn’t even know what to do with myself because I was so, so, SO heartbroken. My stomach was in knots 🙁
Of course I can’t tell you what happens because that will ruin the book for you but I will say this – Rachel Van Dyken can write anything she puts her mind to. I have read her contemporary romance, her romantic comedy, her infamous Elite series and I am now a fan of her YA books too. She is a force to be reckoned with I completely LOVE everything she writes. She is a literary genius and I look forward to what she has in store for us readers next!
