It’s been a while since I’ve written a review… truthfully I am still struggling with reading and when I do read now, it’s more for fun than blogging. But I just read my first Holly Renee book and I have not been able to stop thinking about it and I wanted to share it with you and scream from the rooftops that if you love fantasy and PNR, this is the BEST BOOK I HAVE READ IN SUCH A LONG TIME!

This is Holly’s debut novel in fantasy/PNR romance and it was complete and utter PERFECTION. The world building was beautiful, the story so different from what is out there, the characters unforgettable… I could go on and on and on. I was hooked from the very first page and could not put this book down.

Starblessed Adara is betrothed to the fae prince, her power to combine with his to elevate his family’s power and  save the kingdom. Adara hates the situation that she is in but there is someone who has captured her attention… the prince’s dark, broody, and OMG SO FREAKING SEXY half-brother Evren. What they feel is forbidden, the reader can feel the sexual tension and want emitting from the pages, and his mouth and the words that come out of it… I MELT *le sigh*

Let me share some with you because I couldn’t pick just one…

There are twists and turns and secrets you won’t see coming and when it ends, OMG THE CLIFFHANGER… I am literally dying for book 2. I immediately messaged my author friend Laura Lee who recommended this book to me and begged her to ask Holly to be my friend hahaha

I can’t stop thinking about this book… I am completely OBSESSED. I first read this book on KU but of course, I had to buy it because it is a TOP FAVORITE of 2022… I can’t wait to find out what will happen next.

This book is mesmerizing, epic, addicting and hot as hell… I am just completely speechless and in awe. I WANT MORE!

I can’t wait to dive in to some of the backlist books because I am a forever fan.
