I’ll be honest and say that this woman can do no wrong in my book.  I have read everything she has written to date and have loved each and every one for various reasons.  What speaks to me about Claire Contreras is her ability to write innovative stories; stories that are compelling, interesting, exciting and new.  THIS is why I read…to experience new things, to meet interesting and different characters and to be completely immersed in a story that I don’t want to stop reading or that I am constantly thinking about it as I go about my day.

Claire has given us something completely different from her other books filled with intrigue, mystery and yes all consuming love.

This is Claire’s fourth book and with each one she not only grows as an author showing us her versatility and talent but her writing just gets better and better.  Claire for me is a drop everything else and read now author and with The Devi’s Contract, she certainly did not disappoint.

So without giving anything away about this story because you must go in blindly and experience it for yourself, all I will say is pay attention because there are many layers and a lot of mystery involved.  And hang on tight to enjoy the journey because there will be a lot of twists that you don’t see coming but Claire has a way of keeping us on our toes.  I am purposely being vague because I don’t want to spoil the fun for you and encourage you to one click today – you won’t regret it!

So yes this is a book 1 in a series so there is more to come and I am anxiously awaiting to find out what’s to come…the suspense is killing me!!!!
