Only One Mistake by Natasha Madison was such a great read! The blurb reveals this book is about a one-night stand turned into unexpected pregnancy…. reading this book isn’t so much about what happens but about the wit, the emotions and personal connections the story is crafted with.

The how these two meet was so much fun and yes a hot start to this amazing story!

Michael Horton is his father’s son (if you don’t know his Dad Max Horton I highly recommend reading Something So Irresistible)

What does like his Dad mean?… he is fiercely loyal, he loves deeply and he knows what he wants and this case wants Jillian and to be a family. Oh, and this also means he now understands his Dad so much more … there are few moments with his dad that might bring misty eyes.

Jillian is so his match, she is sassy, fun and serious somehow all at the same time; you know truly complex like a real person would be!

Madison does a great job at including secondary characters and real-world feel as this story unfolds. And yes Michael gets teased mercifully about the “mistake.”

In the end, I adored that Micheal was not a manhore NHL player and I freaking loved how he was all in from the moment a 5 months pregnant Jillian re-appears in his life!

The happy these two craft is one that will warm your heart!

For me this series feels like coming home… it reads like you are part of a conversation with friends!

The end of this one left me soooooo excited did I say EXCITED for Wilson and Franny in Only One Love…. and yes I am freaking for Matthew as the overprotective upset she took a job in a new city without consulting her Dad.

Madison continues to produce books I wish I had the time to read over again the Stone’s,  Grants, and Hortons, whose stories are stories of her Something So, This Is and Only One series truly bring me JOY!

If surprise pregnancy is your jam … this will be a 5 star read for you!
