Sparkling Peach Sangria 🍷 from Indulge with Me

I had so much making a cocktail featured in Indulge with Me by Kristen Proby and Suzanne M. Johnson

Sparkling Peach Sangria

1 (1.5 liter) pink Moscato

1 cup peach schnapps

1 bag frozen peaches

1 (1 liter) Sprite

Mint leaves for garnish

Mix together Moscato, peach schnapps and peaches in a large pitcher.

Refrigerate for one hour.

Add Sprite and garnish with a sprig of mint before serving

My children will tell you I am notorious for using a recipe more as a guide, to the point in which my dishes rarely ever taste the same, so in true ME fashion I modified the recipe a bit…

I used my favorite Moscato instead of Pink Moscato (I once heard cook with the wine you love to drink) and I used Seltzer instead of Sprite, I didn’t see the need for the extra sweetness or the extra calories… And I garnished with a slice of fresh Peach instead of just mint

In the end this makes for a perfect poolside summer drink!
