I’ll admit I didn’t read the blurb or any teasers so didn’t know anything about this story going in. I was so surprised and excited to see that this was the story of how everyone came to be—a look into how this family started.

Lenora was raised to be the Queen. And what a lonely way to grow up. The expectations, the rules, what should and shouldn’t be done, who to trust.
Thank goodness for her best friend Thomas, two old souls with so much in common, who made me smile and laugh because Thomas helped her have the fun she desperately wanted in her life.

Knowing the gender roles and how different it is for men and women, it was interesting to see the role this played in Lenora becoming queen and her fight and strong-will to never back down and get her way. One thing she can’t escape… getting married as it’s her royal duty to her country. And the only one that would do is Thomas until the unthinkable happens and my heart breaks. And I cry. A lot.

The adventurous brother Edward returns and my spirits are lifted because of the spark… that twinkle in the eye… that flirtatious banter… that something special and epic something that makes your heart skip a beat and butterflies flutter in your belly because you know that something beautiful is about to happen. And boy does it happen… epically… magically… something fit for a Queen because Edward is the ONE who will never let her fall.

Oh how I loved this book in the series. The feels. The emotions. The love that grew. The fall. Everything so perfectly done that a day later I can’t stop thinking about these characters.

This book brings the Royally series full circle… another epic story from Chase that will touch your heart and soul and make you fall in love with this fictional world that you wish was real so that you could continue to follow their lives just a little more. Everyone is a little captivated by royalty and this series ensnared me. Breathtakingly beautiful… I will read anything and everything from this truly gifted author. ❤️
